In this view of world government, it would be under augmented democracy which would be under a decentralized website to keep everyone secure with everything being digital to identify citizens and allowing them to vote themselves or through their digital proxy which will get to know their view through extensive surveys and AI learning with how they vote themselves. Anyone could propose a new law or policy but there will be a board of the brightest minds in each section to propose laws to benefit society. The law system will be mostly non-existent since CCTV and facial recognition technology will be used, there will be no point in a trial but those who want to fight it can go to court and will be voted on everyone in the region either by themselves or through their digital avatar also used in the government as that website ties everything together and there will be no more paper documents. The legal system would be rehabilitative but if they keep on committing crimes, max 5 crimes but can depend on severity, they will have a choice to be kicked out of the society and never allowed back or self sacrifice and their body is then used to contribute to society such as fertilizer.
