A decentralized website would have to be made which everyone can go onto and sign up where we would have a vote for implementing world government. Once there is a majority. A representative would go to the UN and submit a proposal for dissolution of all governments and implement a world government where the initiation process starts and all proposed ideas are implemented. This should be a peaceful transition and hopefully all would go to plan.
