Education is very important but most people today find the education system unfair which is why I think it should change. I think we should develop an AI learning tool to individualize children's needs to better the development of a child. After they finish basic learning, they can go more into their interests and they decide what they want to do but will also have the help of a career test and their AI model that suggests what might be the best job for them, they will then go directly to an internship and learn hands-on with an added theoretical approach from your AI learning tool till they are fully trained and can to their job. Since most things will be mechanized, most jobs will be more theoretical and focused on thought. Coding and engineers will probably be the most needed jobs so interest will probably be put toward those two disciplines. This society will be ever learning so they can change careers or get up to date on the new technology or trends in their job field.
